The paper is moderately thick, feels nice to the touch and just feels like a quality product. Plus, when you tear a sheet off the pad, it almost always tears where it's suppose to, along the perforated edge. I've been using these pads for more than 10-years and will continue using them. For $6 a pad, it's a great buy!!!
