Old Leather Italia Coat Pocket Wallet

Searched everywhere for this type of wallet.as a gift. Finally found it here. Perfect.

So to emphasize the experience, I will only talk about when I thought that I was paying extra for more so expedited shipping so I can get the product in a timely manner which I had ordered a vertical Italian made wallet. I wanted to have engraving/monograming done to the product to create a more personalized gift for the holiday Xmas.

What I didn’t know from what I was understanding that things that get monogramming are delayed by a certain amount of time and I believe that when I ordered the product I missed the time frame that was allowed for things to arrive in a timely manner. Customer service told me that everything that deals with the monogramming was explained on the website; I responded telling them I clearly did not see that at all, and if there is a policy for that, it has to be highlighted at all times.

I told customer service that I was going to be out of the area as in hundreds of miles away, and I would be extremely upset if the product was left at my doorstep while I’m not there. The woman that I was talking to was extremely pleasant and very generous and expedited the shipping for free.

I buy a lot of expensive travel bags from Tumi predominantly, but I haven’t had this level of service in terms of shipping so that impressed me alone.

I will absolutely buy something else from this company again, and I am highly recommend them after seeing the product in person when I came back from my getaway. My father absolutely loved it and I want something from this company myself now.

Excellent quality and function. I found the wallet fit all of my cards with room to spare.

I have had this wallet for over 12 years, it has daily use and I love it! It still looks great, perhaps a little battle worn, but still draws admiring glances when I take it from my jacket or jeans pocket. I carry 2 cards in each of the slots, and this works very well for me. The leather is superb and the wallet is slim and sophisticated. I think I have at least another 8 years left before purchasing another. I have a coin purse as well as a card holder in the same cognac colour and feel privileged to own this collection.

This is a very nice wallet, but it has a couple of problems:
1 it is to short for bills, bills stick out.
2 The credit card slots are to deep.
