Bosca guarantees the structural integrity of our products for their useful life under normal wear & tear. Based upon a review of the product, we will cover any necessary repairs due to defective workmanship or materials free of charge (shipping costs apply). Damages due to misuse, normal wear and tear or extreme circumstances cannot be repaired and are not covered under our product guarantee.

We consider our leather the best in the world and believe it wears very well. As our leather gets used it actually “wears in” meaning that it gets better looking, better feeling, and more loveable. However like anything leather is subject to mechanical wear and abrasion and misuse. This damage ultimately cannot be reversed. We know that you are spending a lot more for a Bosca product. We do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, scuffing, marked or spotted interior or exterior fabric, worn edges, corners, natural fading of color, softening of materials are all to be expected over time. We will always try to help, but we cannot make an old product new again.
