We partnered with Coltelleria Saladini to produce a unique kitchen knife for you. Coltelleria Saladini has been making knives for 600 years, so they know something about what they do. Our knife was hand-crafted in a small town known for its knife-making north of Florence. There, the knife was handmade just for us. It features an olivewood handle and a stainless-steel blade. It is a fantastic all-purpose kitchen knife that fits comfortably into any chef's kitchen and hand.
