It has our signature hand-stained Old Leather that has become the standard for fine Italian leather all around the world but what really sets this wallet apart is its construction.
Our Italia wallets are made in a little factory outside Florence, Italy. Each Bosca artisan has trained for a lifetime to be able to make a wallet like this. Every stitch is precise, every cut was practiced a thousand times before it was made. We consider these to be some of the finest wallets we have produced in our 110 years of leathercraft.

Fantastic

I have had this wallet for over 12 years, it has daily use and I love it! It still looks great, perhaps a little battle worn, but still draws admiring glances when I take it from my jacket or jeans pocket. I carry 2 cards in each of the slots, and this works very well for me. The leather is superb and the wallet is slim and sophisticated. I think I have at least another 8 years left before purchasing another. I have a coin purse as well as a card holder in the same cognac colour and feel privileged to own this collection.

Thank you for taking time to review our product. Sometimes it seems difficult to communicate how much difference using real Italian vegetable tanned leather and presence craftsmanship can make, but we stubbornly stick to our recipie. Thank you for telling our story for us!

Nice wallet

This is a very nice wallet, but it has a couple of problems:
1 it is to short for bills, bills stick out.
2 The credit card slots are to deep.

Excellent wallet... But

I purchased this wallet on this website. I have been a fan of bosca for some time now, precisely because I had an old leather wallet I got at nordstrom some years ago. Had it not been for my trifling ex I would still be using it today. It held up to union carpentry and never lost color or shape. So as I decided to spend a buck on a new quality leather product I figured this was the name I trust. I really was blown away with the box it came in and the supple feel right out of the box. That being said I still do carpentry. This wallet has not been subject to any kind of work itself, but I noticed the leather in the middle of the fold shrinking, no big deal, as leather stretches and I use obenaufs on all my leather to protect from sweat. So then I also just pretty much lost functionality of the card slots due to the synthetic lining tearing at the threads. I care for all my leather. I love leather products as they only wear quickly when ph balance is off or dry. I'm interested in a portfolio for my meetings with clients, but I'm skeptical of buying anything else that has this chincy back synthetic lining. Alas, if your not a tradesman, this is a superb product.

The fabric used for pocket linings is the same that we have used for many years. It seems that there may have been another problem with either the re-trimming or 'lay-up' of the wallet in production. Birthday present from my wife in her non-stop effort to upgrade the way I dress for work.
She nailed the size of the wallet. Not too big. Not too small.
It's definitely a welcome change instead of carrying my wallet in a rear pocket.

Beautiful Wallet
Beautiful piece of functional leather.

I enjoy this wallet's appearance. I chose the cognac, to match the double id wallet I purchased earlier in the year. The leather has a beautiful tone. Its simple, functional and unique.
