We constructed this bifold using our signature Old Leather. The rich stain highlights the natural grains and textures of the veg-tanned leather. We then polish the leather to a High luster resulting in an amazing finish.
Our Italia wallets are made in a little factory outside Florence, Italy. Each Bosca artisan has trained for a lifetime to be able to make a wallet like this. Every stitch is precise, every cut was practiced a thousand times before it was made. We consider these to be some of the finest wallets we have produced in our 110 years of leathercraft.
This is my third Bosca small wallet and I absolutely love the feel of this old leather. The craftsmanship that went into every detail of this wallet is obvious. Great job Bosca and thank you!

Nice but not what I expected.
I ordered this wallet because it reminded me of other Italian made wallets I have had in the past and had eye catching color. The stitching is impeccable and craftsmanship is top notch. However I decided to return it and purchase another Bosca wallet as when I had it in my hand I just wasn't in love with it as it was a little bit different from what I was expecting, particularly the color! It looked different from the pictures online! the color was brighter than what I thought and reminded me of a womans designer brand wallet. It was a little too compact and thin for practical everyday use. Other than that; as like the previous reviewer, others might love this wallet.

Italian Made?
I bought one of these and it doesn't say Italian made like the one in the ad. It only has Bosca 1911.
BOSCA response: This is a bit of a mystery. The "blu" Old Leather was ONLY manufactured in our BOSCA Italia factory, so we can guarantee that this is where is was made. It should say "Italian Made) under the 1911. We have re-checked everything in inventory and everything has the correct stamp, so this is truly baffling to us.
Hopefully you are enjoying your wallet, but if you still have concerns you can certainly contact our Customer Service department. We want you to be satisfied.

Nice Wallet, but Only Lasted 6 Months and No Warranty Service
Very pleased with the wallet overall, perfect size, the leather feels great, and seemed to be of high quality.
However, after owning it for just 4 months, the front credit card slot on one side has started separating from the rest of the wallet, making it unusable. Extremely disappointing given the price I paid based on the reputation of the brand.
To make matters worse, an email and two phone calls trying to get it warrantied have gone unanswered. I understand that things happen in the manufacturing process, but the inability to get it repaired under the supposed lifetime guarantee is extremely troubling.
BOSCA response: It appears that we made a lot of mistakes along the way in handling your issues. We owe you a big apology.
Your wallet should last many years. We take responsibility for multiple breakdowns in communication, leading to such delays.
Your replacement was sent on March 1 but we would also like to refund you the original purchase price.
We hope that your replacement wallet meets your expectation (and ours!)

Deep Rich Blue Color and Well Made
The wallet is compact and slim. I am very happy with the deep blue color and happy that I choose it over the traditional color of black and brown. The leather is stiff but is softening up after a month’s use. Initially, the slots for holding credit cards were a tight fit but the slots have loosened up through use. Overall, the wallet is manufactured very well, looks good, is slim and fits nicely in my front pocket. The quality of the product will not disappoint. I choose to pay extra for a nice quality wallet and for a wallet that is made in Italy and not China.
