Our Italia wallets are made in a little factory outside Florence, Italy. Each Bosca artisan has trained for a lifetime to be able to make a wallet like this. I received this wallet, and the wallet was exactly what I wanted and beautiful, however it was missing an extremely important feature which was the main selling point for me ordering this particular wallet. It was missing the branding and marking "Italian Made" underneath the branding "Bosca 1911" which makes it an item not as described! I even looked for any other proof that this wallet was truly made in Italy and not China or somewhere else, but wasn't able to find any other tag or anything that says made in Italy. I also thought that was nice for it to have a small tasteful marking of "Italian Made' at the bottom of the wallet as it is so hard to find things that are not made in Asia but give peace of mind that something is manufactured in the country where it should be made without it being some out of reach very expensive price made by a top designer.
I have been trying to reach out and contact Bosca regarding this matter for over a week at this point and meanwhile I have not been able to start using a nice new wallet. I have been buying Bosca products for three decades now and have owned six of their wallets, most or all purchased at Nordstrom, and given a few as gifts as well. But as a long time customer I feel disrespected at this point! It seems that Bosca customer service only has one person taking care of things and they are offline and unavailable to speak to over the phone by 2PM my time.
I really hope that they have a very good way of rectifying this frustrating experience. Other wise I may stop buying Bosca all together for good.

Hello Mr. Ames,
I am aware that you have had an issue with either one or two products that you recently purchased from us. To be honest we have somehow become confused with all of the emails. I know that it has taken some time to get to the bottom of this situation and I am sure that this has been very frustrating for you.
One thing I know for sure is that you purchased an Italia product from the “Navayo” collection. Italia does signify that the product is made in our factory outside of Florence, Italy. If your piece does not include the “Italian Made” stamp I can only assume that you received a wallet that was made elsewhere.
Back when everyone (including BOSCA) was having so much difficulty with the “supply chain” we supplemented our production with some non-Italian production. This inventory was to have been segregated. Somehow these two inventories mistakenly were mixed.
Your feedback brought this to our intention and that we have now had the opportunity to correct this. As soon as we understood what was going on we:
• Temporarily pulled the Navayo Collection from the website
• Re-inspected all inventory in our warehouse to insure that all product shown as Italia on the website is, in fact, from our BOSCA Italia factory.
• After double checking everything again the Navayo Collection will be activated on the website again.
• We have also pulled out a replacement piece for you that is Italia production. This will be sent to you today.
I understand that you want a refund at this time, and the refund has been granted. You will also receive the new Italia wallet which you can keep free of charge.
I know that you have been very frustrated by this and rightfully so. Please know that the problem that you experienced stemmed from human error. We feel badly that we disappointed you. I hope that you will believe that everyone here works very hard to uphold our standard and reputation. We want you to receive exactly what you ordered and be more than just “satisfied” with you purchase and your experience. We regret that this was not the case with you purchase. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to regain your trust in the future.

Really good Quality
This is one of my favorite wallets and the leather really feels nice with great quality but the amount of stuff that can hold is good for me on a daily basic's. I would buy again if my wallet wears out but would recommend to anyone to buy and give it a try
