This wallet features “slot” pockets. Bosca produced slot pocket wallets in our factory exclusively from the 1940s through the early 1980s. Note that in a typical pocket assembly (turned-edge construction) there are many pieces of leather and fabric that come together in one place. The “slot” pocket is an elegant simplification of this problem – one piece of leather is cut with slots and the fabric linings are adhered to that one piece; no build up of pocket “tips”. This makes for a thin, strong, long wearing wallet.
A great companion before for every man, this wallet allows for storage of a plethora of cards with its eight card pockets, 2 vertical stash pockets and 2 full-length bill pockets. And now this classic, full-function style is recreated in Faustino's smooth mid-luster Argentinian cowhide. With matte finish edge-coat, slot-pocket construction, subtly rounded corners and signature double stitching, we have confidence that this new addition will soon be a fan favorite.
